Many find themselves lacking peace or clarity when it comes to how they navigate their religion and/or spirituality. My practice addresses religious wounding and the shame that can be carried throughout one’s life if it isn’t properly addressed. Together, we explore how the healthy integration of the spiritual and the sexual/erotic enlivens and reconciles individuals to themselves, the sacred, their communities and all of God’s Creation.
